In increasing order of importance from top to bottom (in my opinion). You should at LEAST have the essential stack! Feel free to invest into the rest or even a thermogenic stimulant fat-burner supplement, but only do so if you plan on being on top of your diet otherwise you are wasting your money! If you do plan on taking another stimulant-based fat-burner, either omit your pre-workout drink if it is caffeinated or incorporates other stimulants.
The Essential Stack - An active multivitamin, fish oil, and a whey protein
The Intermediate Stack - (Everything from the essential stack) plus a branch-chain amino acids supplement, creatine monohydrate, and a pre-workout energy drink
The Advanced Stack - (Everything from the Intermediate stack) plus CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), R-ALA (r-alpha lipoid acoid), ALCAR (acetyl l-carnitine), and a great tea extract.
